This house may not be in the worst condition yet but it is definitely one with the worst smell that I’ve experienced. I was haunted by the odor in the middle of that night. On the other hand, it has so much potential for a great flip project. This is how flip money looks like and smell like 🙂 Let’s hope this one is mine!
