Hello hello again, glad to be back! Glad to see you are back! I’m taking you to an ultimate urban Seattle home this time. Do you love nature? Are you active? You don’t want to miss any beat of Seattle? You need your house to be as stylish as you are? If you say yes to any of these questions, you’re gonna love this house. Let me know if you have any question. Enjoy!
Presenting to you this week is a special one of a kind house in Upper Queen Anne. The house is a mixture of both antique classical with modern Italian designs. 4 bedrooms 3.75 bedrooms 3500 sf listed at $2.4 million. Hope you enjoy this tour and let me know if you have any question!
I’m going to share with you about my personal experience and thought about the real estate agent career. Not to encourage or discourage you. My goal is to answer most of the questions that I’ve been received recently from viewers, friends and peers. Hopefully I could prepare you for this journey if you are about to get into it.
This week I’m bringing you a listing that you can’t look away. An adorable condo in great condition, great location, right next the water of Des Moines Marina for only $329,000. My husband said he may buy it and move out because of this listing 🙂
This is a video that I spontaneously created with my phone and the quality is not as good as other clips of mine. I’d like to show you another side of my work life: touring a lot of disgusting houses, searching for opportunities for my clients and myself. This one is not the most disgusting house I’ve seen yet but it will give you a good idea 🙂 Let me know what you think about this house and about House Flipping flipping in general.
Thanks to all of you for your compassion, kindness, and support to help those in Vietnam struggling with food shortages and other challenges from the COVID pandemic. Here are some pictures of a few of the many lives you improved with your generosity.
Together we raised $3,925.88 ($3045 GoFundMe, $980 via Zelle & Venmo, minus $99.12 fees) and helped many people. We put together 220 food supply packages exceeding the goal of 200. Each package cost about $10 and included ramen, a bag of rice, soy sauce, cooking oil and a dozen eggs as pictured.
How was food distributed during COVID lockdowns and restrictions on gathering and movement?
Our team in Vietnam used different deliveries methods
Driving by Delivery: Because of the pandemic, gathering is being watched by the government. Our team in Vietnam did “driving by delivery” method. They drove around the city with the food supplies and handled out to disable people and people who was still trying to make a living on dead streets.
2. Stationary: Food was packaged and split among several our volunteers’ homes. People in need would make appointment and pick up their packages at a location nearest them.
3. At home delivery: Some of the packages were delivered to seniors, disable people and unfortunate people who could not get around themselves.
4. HUONG DAM Temple was also one of our stations. There we were able to help many blind people in need.
The banner said : Huong Dam Temple – Thank you Ivy and Friends’ Food Donation During Covid pandemic
5. Medical center delivery: Some of the packages were given to hospital caregivers and other front-line workers. These social workers are traditionally paid with tips and donations alone and they have had difficulty during the pandemic. Your gifts helped them directly and allow them to continue providing care to others in need.
We exceeded our $2,000 goal to provide 200 food packages by $1925.88. Beyond the 220 food packages, funds were directly donated to 4 groups which house healthy & disabled orphan children. They were in desperate need of food, essential basic supplies and medicine. Each group received 10,000,000 VND (about $435) helping with immediate needs. If you would like to do more, I can help you connect with these groups. Here are the details:

What a successful charity we have done together! Our compassion, sympathy and support from the U.S, Canada, Australia, Germany certainly could not have reached these 220 families and almost 400 children without the help of our friends and family in Vietnam. I am incredibly grateful being a part of such loving wonderful group of people. Thank you again for all your trust and support!
